I bought 4 items on 7/13/2019 . I got 3 items and one was out of stock. I was told that my money would be refunded and until to date, there is no refund and I can't reach anyone to give me my money back.

Rosegal - Not happy at all with them
I had got my order ,But it's to small .So l have emailed them over 7 or more times .All l asked for was there return address so l can mail it back to them .Didn't get anywhere with them. Not happy at all .

UPDATE: Received re fund minus the shipping because I purchased through PayPal... Final thoughts:.
Was satisfied with items would order again, but only if not for an event or if said event is 3 moñths away. I'd say get your Christmas and Thanksgiving stuff now and...

Rosegal in Hendersonville, Tennessee - Horrible Quality Bad Customer Service
I ordered two hooded fur jackets, cowl sweater top, black top and tongs The price was reasonable but the quality is horrible. The hooded jackets looked like a cheap stuffed animal and so small my daughter who wears a size 2 had trouble getting it on. The cowl neck sweater was shoved into a small bag and so thin and wrinkled I could never get the wrinkles out. The tongs were crushed and bent . I will never purchase anything again from them again.

Rosegal - More than one issue
bathing suit is not tummy control as advertised and leg holes have no elastic material just hangs there ordered several items in size 4X. some fit perfect and others are 2 sizes too small, all over the board with their sizes one top has one side with correct eyelets and other side short also the rope is too short can not make a bow. This is my 3rd order with them and sizing is on the small side.

Bounce the credit card charge in full if you didn't receive the merchandise! It isn't hard, call your credit card company to get started. They will email you a form to complete.
